Who it's for
Gymnastics coaches, gym owners, parents, and choreographers who need a floor-music file cut to a specific length, often close to a meet.
How it works
- Import your song from Files, your music library, or the share sheet.
- Pick a target. Choose a reference time limit for USA Gymnastics Development Program or Xcel levels, or set a custom length from 20 seconds to 6 minutes.
- Choose and fine-tune. RoutineCut listens for beats, phrases, and energy and offers three cuts. Adjust in a waveform editor, pick the ending, check loudness, then export M4A or WAV.
The three cuts
- Best Ending lands the final pose on a strong beat.
- Max Energy keeps the climax untouched.
- Safe Flow uses the fewest, cleanest joins.
Details that matter in a gym
- Phrase-snapped waveform editor so cuts land on musical phrases, not mid-note.
- Cold end, fade, or stinger finishes. A stinger is offered only when the song's ending has a strong final accent.
- Loudness and peak readout, plus a one-tap mono preview, to hear how a cut holds up on a single gym speaker.
- A clear duration badge that shows when your cut is inside the selected limit and warns before it is over.
Free to try, pay only for the file

Prices as shown on the App Store page on Sep 30, 2026. They can change, so the App Store is the source of truth.
Private by design
Your music and projects stay on your iPhone. No account, no uploads, no tracking, no ads. The App Store lists “Data Not Collected.”
Honest about rules
Time-limit references inside the app are sourced and dated in Settings. Rules change, and a limit applies to the routine, not to the audio file. Always check the current requirements with your governing body or event. RoutineCut never claims a cut is compliant or approved, and it doesn't sell, license, or provide music. Use audio you own or have rights to edit.
